In France, personal data are protected by the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, the article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.
La Contre-Voie keeps temporary connection logs containing the IP address, the user agent and the referrer of its visitors for security and statistical purposes, for a period not exceeding 14 days.
La Contre-Voie keeps personal data related to the use of its services (username, password, email address) with the consent of its users: for example, La Contre-Voie may need to store the emails of its users within the framework of the use of its Mail service, in order to ensure the normal functioning of the service. The use of our services is conditioned by the acceptance of our terms of use.
For accounting purposes, La Contre-Voie may need to process personal information that the user agrees to transmit to us for the processing of a donation or membership and according to his means of payment (name, first name, address and / or pseudonym). If the servers of the association are hosted on a machine that does not belong to La Contre-Voie, the members of the technical team of the hosting structure may have access to the data of our servers in the strict framework of support and technical maintenance, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
